Because of fundraising difficulties, construction officials plan to build Columbia's Catholic high school in phases instead of bidding the entire project at once.
Wade Horn, a vice president with Professional Contractors & Engineers, the project's general contractor, said they've chosen that approach so they can build the school as officials with the Diocese of Jefferson City and local parishes continue fundraising.See the full content of this document
