CAPE CANAVERAL, Fla. - U.S. Air Force Capt. Colleen Shipman has dropped her request for a restraining order against Lisa Marie Nowak, the astronaut charged in a bizarre plot to kill her, Brevard County, Fla., court officials said yesterday.
Shipman's attorneys said in court documents that Shipman "no longer feels that an injunction for protection against repeat violence is necessary" because there now are other protective orders in place.See the full content of this document
