Editor, the Tribune: I am dismayed by Hank Waters' editorial on Nov. 6. Hank wrote that "the halls of Hickman should be patrolled by strong black male monitors, who can assert control more effectively than any white person can."
We just elected a black man to the White House. I thought we were getting past racial issues. Do we need Asian hall monitors for the Asian students, Hispanic monitors for the Hispanic students, white monitors for the white students?See the full content of this document
