Editor, the Tribune: From smoking one cigarette, you are putting more than 4,000 toxic substances into your lungs. Hopefully, with the new smoking ban, this can reduce the amount of toxins going into your lungs and the amount of cigarettes smoked daily. The ban will improve everyone's lifestyle and affect the economy in a positive way. In Columbia, the families who don't smoke will spend more money going out, smoking customers will stay out, and there's no secondhand smoke polluting the air.
Families won't have the worry of their children breathing in the toxins of secondhand smoke. They also won't have the hassle of waiting for the nonsmoking section to clear a table.See the full content of this document
