Editor, the Tribune: After surviving for more than 30 years without streetlights on the Forum Boulevard medians, for some reason the city has spent tens of thousands of dollars to provide us with illumination.
The only benefit I can see for making this a spending priority - while complaining the city has a tight budget - is so we can admire the untrimmed trees and the weed-choked planting beds 24 hours a day.See the full content of this document
