Another redevelopment project could come to downtown Columbia if the city council approves it during its meeting tomorrow night.
The plan would replace the existing Regency Hotel with a new, boutique-style building seven stories high with more than 120 rooms. The developer, David Parmley, wants to use Tax Increment Financing, or TIF, for the project.See the full content of this document
