Summary


Another redevelopment project could come to downtown Columbia if the city council approves it during its meeting tomorrow night.

The plan would replace the existing Regency Hotel with a new, boutique-style building seven stories high with more than 120 rooms. The developer, David Parmley, wants to use Tax Increment Financing, or TIF, for the project.
