Deadbeat dads and moms would no longer be admitted into Missouri casinos under a bill filed this session for a third time.
Under the plan, anyone found guilty of criminal nonsupport of a spouse or child would be added to a casino exclusion list. Once back support was paid, the individual could petition the courts to be allowed back into casinos.See the full content of this document
