Columbia Mayor Darwin Hindman this week returned from the 77th Winter Meeting of the U.S. Conference of Mayors, which presented national leaders a report that focused on "Main Street economic recovery." The report listed projects from communities, including Columbia, awaiting funding that could be made available in 90 to 120 days and create jobs.
