A Cole County judge threw out a provision yesterday in a health insurance bill meant to expand the practice of midwifery.
Cole County Circuit Judge Patricia Joyce released her opinion today roughly a week after she heard arguments, affirming the Missouri State Medical Association's contentions against the legislation. The rest of the legislation remained intact.See the full content of this document
