The Columbia Parks and Recreation Department said this morning that trail users should be cautioned that all but three of the emergency phones along the MKT Trail are out of service. CenturyLink is working to restore service.
Emergency phones in working order are located at the Martin Luther King Memorial trail access, north of the Martin Luther King Memorial at Stadium Boulevard and at the Flat Branch Park Trailhead.See the full content of this document
