One day after her angry outburst at the chair umpire during the U.S. Open women's final, Serena Williams was fined $2,000 by the United States Tennis Association. The measly fine is roughly equal to Williams' monthly pedicure budget -- she made $1.4 million for finishing second in the tournament -- and therefore is a fitting penalty for the crime of making noise and complaining in a women's tennis match.
