Editor, the Tribune: The proposed city ordinance against intersection parking lot drive-throughs is an example of a good idea that will be many times unenforceable, as a driver who gets caught, say, at Patricia's Foods, can say he pulled in to go shopping, but remembering he forgot his list, simply continued on home. A crime? Really.

I don't condone such driving behavior, but I don't see how such a law can work.
