I think I've received more feedback about my series on Columbia's Top Ten Now Defunct Childhood Restaurants than I have for all of my other columns combined. Since I embarked on this three-part adventure back in early March, hardly a day has passed when some similarly aged Columbian hasn't cornered me on the street, dropped to his knees and begun salivating for the inclusion of his own cherished chow hall of yesteryear.
