If Columbia had a winter storm that left 4 inches or less of wet snow, a 32-degree pavement temperature, a 32-degree air temperature and no additional precipitation, it would take the city's snow- removal team about 31 hours to clear priority streets, traveling at a constant 20 mph with no stops. It would take another 84 hours to clear residential streets.
