Music lovers can expect all this and more Sept. 9 and 10 when the Roots 'N Blues 'N BBQ Festival returns to downtown Columbia. For its fifth year, the festival has upped the ante: Robert Randolph and the Family Band, Dr. Ralph Stanley, Taj Mahal and Robert Cray were among the acts announced today.
