Despite concerns raised by board members earlier this week about incorrect information in a presentation about new language arts materials, the Columbia Board of Education will not discuss the issue any further.
"I think that their continued interest in doing the best for our students that we can is important," board President Jan Mees said of board members who raised the concerns.
