As the saying goes, I have some good news and I have some bad. The good news: I caught a skunk. The bad news: I caught a skunk.

I've lived on the edge of Columbia for more than 30 years and have caught raccoons, opossums, squirrels and rabbits raiding my garden or attempting to take up residence in my yard. But never a skunk. This all changed this summer.
